A suction cabinet works by pulling media onto an air stream delivering it to the gun. These cabinets are suited to many applications and are economical when it comes to air use.
Suction Blast Guns
These cabinets are used with suction blast guns. The ZERO BNP gun directs a mixture of air and abrasive at high speed to remove corrosion, coatings, carbon build-up, etc. The blast stream from a BNP gun can produce a uniform texture or create an etched finish to increase bonding strength for coatings.
The high-performance blast gun provides comfortable grip for the operator, and enables precise control of the blast pattern. The BNP gun keeps the air jet and blast nozzle precisely aligned to maximise blast efficiency and minimise gun-body wear.
A knurled nut at the gun outlet allows the operator to change nozzles without the need for tools. The gun accepts a variety of nozzles and extensions, so the operator can select the best nozzle size and nozzle composition for the application.
The gun works with most recyclable blast media, including glass bead, ceramics, aluminium oxide, and some sizes of steel grit and shot, so you can select the most appropriate media for your application.
