The AbJet UHP is one of the best pieces of wet blasting equipment currently available on the market.
We offer a range of Abjet UHP machines from 10 to 30lpm (2.6 to 8.0gpm) providing for twin or single lance operation. We offer either diesel or electrically driven units. They are also available as Zone 1/Zone 2 hazardous areas.
AbJet UHP
The AbJet UHP30 and AbJet UHP170 range of UHP pumps are ideal for stripping coatings, surface preparation and corrosion control using water at 2000 to 3000bar (30,000 to 43,500psi). At this pressure, we maintain a velocity of the water of 500 to 600m/sec which strips the toughest coatings with plain, fresh water leaving the surface ready for re-coating. This is an environmentally friendly process that allows other operatives to work in close proximity.
The Aquastorm works by only delivering the required amount (1-8 litres/min) generating a more precise result, economical abrasive use, and much less wear on the moving parts. It also makes it possible to carry out soft cleaning work on, for example, facades or monuments.
